2007 Chardonnay
The Chardonnay was made in a style used by some Australians in producing their Sauvignon Blancs. It resulted in a crisp, citrus/lime wine style, aged with moderate French oak, to complement the trend toward fresh ingredients and flavors in today's cuisine. Excellent with sauces with lemon or lime, saute entrees, and also grilled fish.
