RIESLING Washington has been known
for years for its fine Rieslings ranging from dry to late-harvest. To honor this long tradition, we have
launched our winery with this wine described as fruity with peach, apple, and floral flavors, and not too sweet. (1.9% residual
sugar). Perfect for drinking by itself or with spicy foods, seafood, and full flavored cheeses. Silver Medal: 2007 Riverside International
Wine Competition "Top 100 Washington Wines for 2007": Paul Gregutt, The Seattle Times "90" Points: The Wine Enthusiast,
March 2008.
EXCELLENT: Wine Press Northwest, March 2008. ________________________________________________________
CHARDONNAY A cool autumn in the North Central Washington region allowed our Chardonnay to
slowly finish ripening, resulting in crisp, rich, fruit flavors. French oak contributed spice and toastiness in the
finish. Mouth feel is smooth and creamy. Vintner's Award, 2007 Seattle Wine Awards
(Among the top 6 super premium Chardonnays in Wash. State) ________________________________________________________
PINNACLE ROSE (WHITE MERLOT) A limited creation,
barrel fermented White Merlot from the Stone Tree Vineyard (Wahluke Slope) grapes we call "Pinnacle
Rosé". This is a crisp, dry, pink wine with an aroma of roses, citrus and pink grapefruit flavors,
and a viscous, toasty finish. It should go well with seafood, salads and lightly seasoned cuisine. ________________________________________________________
MERLOT Our Merlot is from the Stone
Tree Vineyard in the prestigious Wahluke Slope Appellation near Mattawa. Our two-clone blend had smaller berries
which intensified the flavors in the wine. Clone 15 tasted of blueberry and clone 3 of cherry.
Barrel aging with French oak resulted in complex flavors including cherry, blackberry, anise, black pepper and spice.
Soft tannins and a fruit butter finish. EXCELLENT: Wine Press Northwest, March 2008 ________________________________________________________

from 100% Washington State apples and selected from the finest varieties to offer you an aromatic, flavorful, and balanced
wine. Enjoy this crisp, (2.6% residual sugar) wine by itself or with pork, sausage, spicy cuisine, pastries, or smoked
cheddar. Silver Medal: 2007 Riverside International Wine Competition (No
