ROUSSANNE The 2010
Roussanne grapes are grown in the well-drained, sandy loam soils of Quincy, WA. This semi-dry (1.8% residual
sugar) wine is rich with peach and exotic tropical fruit flavors with a lingering, silky finish. Pairs well with fish,
chicken, and pork entrees. Excellent with barbeque.

MERLOT Our 2007
Merlot grapes come from the prestigious Stone Tree Vineyard in the Wahluke Slope Appellation. The wine exhibits
cherry, black pepper, oak, and spicy flavors with a full-bodied finish.

CABERNET
SAUVIGNON Our 2007 Cabernet
Sauvignon is from the Ahler Vineyard in the unique Walla Walla Valley Appellation. The vineyard
is founded on the deep, rich, river bed soils formed by the ancient, ice-age Missoula Floods. The wine shows
cherry, clove, and warm spice flavors with a lingering, viscous, fruit finish. ________________________________________________________________________ SAKURA Our Cherry Merlot Dessert Wine is a blend
of our premium 2007 Merlot (Wahluke Slope) wine and rich, dark cherry juice from Bings, Black Republican, Lapin, and
Chelan sect. This perfect synergy results in a smooth, fruitful dessert wine that is divine with chocolates
and cheese cake. Also delicious as an ingredient with grilled steak or lamb sauce. ________________________________________________________
APPLE WINE: "An apple a day. . . ." Apples
represent the world-renowned fruit symbolic to our state. Made from 100% Washington State apples and selected from the finest
varieties (usually Gala & Golden Delicious) to offer you an aromatic, flavorful, and balanced wine. Enjoy this crisp,
(2.6% residual sugar) wine by itself or with pork, sausage, spicy cuisine, fondue, pastries, or smoked cheddar.
Excellent as a 4 hour marinade for chicken breast or thighs -- Grill or bake, other seasonings optional -- Tender, moist,

RIESLING WINE This 2009 Riesling is
from the Ancient Lakes region near Quincy. The wine was made in a crisp, semi-dry style, rich with fruit and floral aromas
and flavors. It pairs well with chicken, pork, fish, spicy cuisine, and salads.
