Welcome to Cascadia Winery!
We are a family-owned and
operated business, established in December 2006. Owner/Winemaker, Alan Yanagimachi, has been in the wine industry
since graduating from U.C. Davis with an enology degree in 1988. He will be pouring the wines during your visit to our
tasting room.
We focus on providing excellent boutique wines at reasonable prices. Besides traditional wines including Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Riesling, we produce
a less common wine, Roussanne. Further, we are the only winery in the region producing Apple Wine. This is our #1 wine
and is often among the favorites of all wines at wine festivals. The Apple Wine is also a great marinade (4+ hrs) for
chicken or pork. No other seasoning required before grilling, baking, or searing and finishing it off in a simmering
sauce. Our gift shop features wine accessories, wine t-shirts, gourmet dips, and art. In order to provide you with an expanded experience while visiting our winery, our lab and cellar are open for viewing
that includes written descriptions of their operation. |
Ordering Wine: Use the "shop online" link to the left. There is a 6 bottle minimum for Washington
State residents. For qualified out-of-state residents, there is a link to https://www.vinoshipper.com/wine/winery/87 that sends you directly to our wines on their order site. |
Tasting room visitors: We offer a 10% discount on 6-11 bottles and 20% discount on 12+ bottles.
For visitors with Military I.D., we gratefully offer a 15% discount on any wine purchases.
Wine Ambassador: Upon
a 6 bottle purchase, receive a Wine Ambassador punch card for four 15% discounts on any quantity of wine purchased
from the tasting room. Card is transferrable and has no expiration date.
